April 2nd Week

 Market not looking great, some pretty weak action out there. This week will be crucial going forward if we want to make new lows or erase this down move. 

Were right on the 50ma line with not much underneath. If Qs lose it, SPY surely will as well.


MONDAY

Slight gap lower and holding lower. Into bell choppy. Nothing super special on watch so might be a nothing day if things dont pick up to downside. We shall see.

PDD triggered into big pmkt range break lower, market also collapsed lower. In and added, will be only trade on day. 

This one is odd as it has a lot of pmkt action, big gap lower, but recovered all of it forming range around D level.

So far hlding lower under vwap but cant lose it yet with rest of market. Still in it. 

Hit near LOD 3 times, and spiked back up on me with market, cut momo, then reclaimed vwap and all out. Market ripped higher.

Well thats the discipline, gotta be there when it looks great and cut it off no regrets when it turns on you. I was on the ball gettting out with warning signs. 

TUESDAY

CPI numbers out, gone from flat pmkt to big blow up. I do have a long setup on JKS, others might give me something well see. Going to have to chill at open while this all digests. No reason to chase anything at bell.

WEDNESDAY

Tough spot, market clearly weak but too far too fast. Sentiment is slowing, seeing some green appear, cant chase shorts forever. Big names seeing the weakness, while the old beatdown names are actually holding range lows through all this.

And straight up from bell. Nothing day again.

THURSDAY

Last day of week, sentiment turning up, reclaiming MA trend on 1hr, might see a good pop today maybe recover and fill some of these gaps. 3 longs on watch, nothing super special.

Well only 1 trade this week. Looking at indecies action not surprising, major chop as we are stuck in range for now. Closing this week very ugly though right at the lows.

11/30 DRC

 Last day of the month. Not much trading exactly to talk about. Big issue last week was speed. I was slow in almost all cases. Trying not to look too much into it. Took a few weeks off, its expected to take a bit to get back into the swing of things. Risk was main focus as a goal going forward. Correct size, consistent risk throughout every trade and setup for consistent results. That I did good with. Main things to focus on 1. Following entry criteria, making sure I trade what I am supposed to 2. Using correct size to reflect risk already determined by setup 3. Must be faster with ^^^ 4. Cut losses fast on adds. In and out, dont wait. 5. Follow management rules, up 1R/2R etc. 6. Take profits in 3rds.  7. Enter trade with small size if it is leaving without me.
