10/15 DRC

 Market pulling down now. We got a long ways to go before I think well settle for a clear bottom. Gapping down pretty good into retest 343 area which may be the spot to hold. In fact should really be the spot to hold if we want higher still. And I think we should, were getting here so fast already. 

Not sure what to expect today. Market pulling down and a lot of FANG breakouts never got that far. Not looking to long them anymore, instead im looking at reversals on names that have been very extended for a week or so now.

With market entering range mode, going to have to be super patient in waiting for a good setup. Scalps seem likely in this market but big picture ideas can still come through. 


SPAQ

Weak open into prev hi, saw huge offers but we took them all, when we got above that was my in. 

Good adds with tape, but slowed down quick into vwap, out the adds, holding core. 

Down to lod and prev hi again, huge offers showing again. But low vol and not getting to lod yet. Market still turning higher. 

Added to core as we turned higher again. Bids are here, its a battle.

Market turning lower. RVOL here is v high. 

Flushed into LOD with big vol, but reclaimed quick and didnt lose it. Still in it. 

Market turned back up to new HOD. 

Broke it but cant hold higher or reclaim all out.

Later didnt drop much lower, back to retest vwap and htf on v low vol and couldnt drop it. TL from hod caught up and we failed to make new lows with good bids here supporting. We turned higher from zone and bid and im in, and added into TL break. Market still up and strong RVOL high. 

Turned lower on me and looked real ugly, but still no big vol increase here. Both notable buying and selling have to give edge to bears here. Market also dropping lower hard now. 

Cant get a bid here all out before bigger loss seems likely. 

WORK

Scalp setup, got to above prev lo and made tight range. Took scalp on break and added. Stuffed me hard for bigger than wanted loss. 


VRTX

Solid reversal setup, funky tape action looked like hidden sell but kept removing without getting taken. And in great VA spot on Monthly time frame. Went big, missed. 

TSLA

quick reversal. Clear entry and over ext. All reversals should look similar to this. 

Nice start but found trouble, came back, took small W. No V shape.




I have to stop breaking my rules. I keep fighting myself and taking trades that arent part of my plan. Today was a day to avoid just about everything. Instead I took scalps, with wrong size, and took losses way larger than necessary. In some cases I took a trade when I should not have at all.

11/30 DRC

 Last day of the month. Not much trading exactly to talk about. Big issue last week was speed. I was slow in almost all cases. Trying not to look too much into it. Took a few weeks off, its expected to take a bit to get back into the swing of things. Risk was main focus as a goal going forward. Correct size, consistent risk throughout every trade and setup for consistent results. That I did good with. Main things to focus on 1. Following entry criteria, making sure I trade what I am supposed to 2. Using correct size to reflect risk already determined by setup 3. Must be faster with ^^^ 4. Cut losses fast on adds. In and out, dont wait. 5. Follow management rules, up 1R/2R etc. 6. Take profits in 3rds.  7. Enter trade with small size if it is leaving without me. Big adds come in only if core is at price and action I want to see.  Market looks hot. Nothing but breakouts around. Gapping down a little, recovering already though into the open.
