Shaping up for an interesting day. Lots of news releases and now 20 min before open SPY got big vol flood from Fed. Still edge to longside, do have some shorts and failed breakouts to short.
Initial reaction was sell off, but turned right around and ripping higher, should add some gas to the longs.
No names I have on watch right now seem to be opening at the prev hod. A thing im noticing lately is names that are opening at levels I usually want to see a pb to a hold to get long, are simply taking off right from the start so that will be something im looking out for today.
1. Any trades at significant levels at the open, watch and go with momentum.
2. Follow all rules
3. Proper size. Get big.

solid setup, made range above dbo level and broke into, spiked up with good bids. In and out. L.

Much later in day had solid reclaim above all. Looking for pb to level to hold for long.
Broke up quick and left me. RR skewed must wait on pb to retest again.
Might have to settle on breakout entry, and I am and in.
After break action was ok, trying to add a bit more. And did. Maxed out for moment. Action looks great with big vol pop and reclaim. All longs happy, all shorts want out.
Added as we pulled into HTF level and hold with TL under us. Turned higher and added more with new stop tight just under.
Time passed, went sideways, Major TL caught up now just above HTF level. Needs to hold. Still low vol pb. Needs to turn . Couldnt all out.

And back in, came to vwap and couldnt drop it, spiked up and im in with vol pop. SPY not helping or hurting atm. Bulls still have edge. Needs to be turning point and gone here.
And just the next minute SPY starts dumping, FSLR follows and hits right at stop. We dont drop, pop up still good tape action and I add.
Prime for turning point here, needs to get above 78.54 awkwardly holding under for now. SPY failed lower ri[ping up whole market finding strength right now.
Added big on break of it and mini range high. Needs to be gone right now. 10 star and fav. Stop moved up a bit
Well that is just sad, offers stepped up above, but we never actually broke it, now came back lower.
Repeat of same thing, back to it, offers above, then back at it again.
Finally got above with vol bump and bids stepping up following. Added again, Needs to go wont give it much space. Inside candles of HTF charts. Should be popping hard.
Big number to beat to start is 79.
Unless market can really rip and start trending hard higher, I think I need to reduce expectations here.Nice move to start with vol, but market has been sideways all day, this maybe moment for FSLR, but it hasnt been all day, so why assume now. 80 seems unlikely until we really see some confirmed strength, weve only just started showing signs we arent weak, and maybe like to be v strong now. Well see.

Pulling into TLs, nice tight spot to work with as S. Have to deal with small loss still.

Solid lod failed break, reclaimed and tape looked great with market help. Just cant do it. Small L.

Much much later in day, had solid reclaim above all like FSLR, made nice range breakout and in on the break. Looking for new HOD, cant get big yet but breakout entry is good and tight.
Made new pivot high into 346 and breaking back lower to entry. Stop set just under entry / whole number. Up 2R, dont need to lose much on this. Shouldnt come back at all.
Holding by a thread, maybe chance to add if we can hold this. TL here and HTF just under.
And out. Pb has been v low vol, might get re entry.
Structure broken, MAs above, looks ugly now.
And we see a giant pop higher anyways. Must see action at level

Watching this for weeks. Huge TLB today and huge vol flood with strength. Pulled in hard to breakout level and saw great buying. In and added with bids that stepped up, pretty big.
Pop back up above vwap on super low vol. SPY also weak and losing more under vwap and prev hod.
Huge sell came in, lucky quick exit for small L.
We took him out, but didnt come up any further. Until we did, back up to vwap with tape and in again
Added as we pbs and held and bid showing up. And again as we ticked higher. P big again, gotta go. Beat .80 for recent pivot break and we do.

I feel weird about this trade. Slow mover suddenly moving a lot. ATR only a dollar and we done twice now. From recent pivot lo thatll put us at 25.30 just before.
Got above 25 but seeing weakness now. Taking majority off I dont want to give it up. Will put back on if I see it. Was up 3 R so stop at 1R
And I did see it, started holding above .80s with good tape and 9ema tap, popped and in small again. Still holding original core. Broke made new high and offer added again.
Trade seems to be slowing down, vol low, failing this bo higher. TL a ways away and 20sma. Might need to build lower again will be all out under recent pivot.
Couldnt do it all out for moment.

Made decent move, not enough out for loss.
Made its move up anyways. AMC going parabolic. CNK made new HOD into 14 and we have huge hidden sell. Scalp if I can get filled a penny after the break.
Got in, hovered around, then got solid pop higher. Really nothing in play for another .40 cents, then ATR will come into play. Will follow majority on 1min low.
V clear over extension lines to work with. We hit 14.20 im all out on 1 min low.
Got close but did break 1min low and most out. Letting rest go.
Pretty quick day. Not seeing much else for me to look for at this point. Got some things I can do around the house, think ill spend some time on that. If things pop up later ill keep checking in on it.
Only real issue was the COST trade. Got out, didnt get back in, ripped up too fast for me to even consider getting back in as RR was leaving me fast.
Other trades were fine. No real major runners. Again the beatdowns making the big moves, but notihng super clear and clean around my levels. So staying patient and letting it come to me. Green is green.
