Very late night. Late baseball game. Slept in to 8 30 minutes before open. Did all my work before hand yesterday. Still ready to trade. Gotta stay aware.
Yesterdays issue was not getting out fast enough. Cant lose that much money when im not supposed to. Tired today so really need to focus on taking the clean and clear setups the most. Not forcing anything.
1. Get out faster when I am supposed to. Know where im getting out and stick to it.
2. Take the clean and clear and nothing else.
3. Follow PT rules. Let it go.
SPY
Gap down under prev lod, at open, looked strong but could not make a new high for a few minutes after a lot of attempts. Tons of buying on tape but not able ot move, then started seeing sellers come in and got in with great RR.
Came down to vwap on low vol but am looking for LOD.
Struggling to get under, internals starting to hold higher, big sell still here but stop is in just above vwap.
Had a real nice flush once it did drop lower, but ripped up super strong and got me out above vwap. Sucks.
DAL
Airline play. All had weak open, got above vwap and held around for a while. DAL the strongest of the group. Tight range just above HTF original daily breakout level and tape was good. Got a starter when we got above important tape spot, failed though and stopped out.
TSLA
Weak open, reclaimed prev HOD + vwap + prev range on good vol. Came back down with a nice dip lower and we saw good buying. I got in and added as we kept going. Got pretty big but solid start to trade. Looks fantastic for a squeeze, lots of shorts all day hurting.
Good start, nice pop above prev range. Not looking for HOD, but 1410 where we saw rejection 3 times early in day. SPY still strong, things look good for a continuation. Up 10 pts, no need for this to be a loss.
Made new range high, but unable to blast off any higher, seems to be struggling already. Still high and tight, need to see it soon.
Also just now noticing a rising wedge being made. Acted as good R, but now broke to the upside with volume. Dont think I need to be concerned but stop is tightened again. SPY new HOD, internals v strong.
Low volume as it tried to stay above top TL. Making it look like it wants to retest lower again. Will get back in if it gets me out at that TL. Stop same for now.
Did not last long inside, ripped higher with volume again. Giving me good stop to work with + minor TL if it fails and drops. Excellent spots for re entry.
Up to 1410, came back a little and held that top TL perfectly. New Stop to work with if PT is hi here. Looks great, SPY still ripping, internals v v strong. And broke it with volume. Waiting on 1min low to take most off. Would like to see this go para into new HOD at 1430. Only other level is 1434 and yest AH hi at 1437
And now just noticing other TL on an even steeper rising wedge that has been in play this whole time. Currently where price is now. Making me think i should get even more out now as it is due for much deeper pullback.
Broke to the upside again from the wedge. Huge offer at 1420, broke him. We continue on. It is getting para. Finally got me out most. 5 of 25 remaining.
Deep pullback to start, already lost 10 points in a minute.
SPY is majorly over extended, not sure how long the pb will want to last, but i will keep these shares running. Technically stop is all the way back at breakeven. Hoping it finds a place before then. I have major TL from LOD I will use for now. Just under 1400
Well I guess my initial instinct was right. Made a bee line right to my stop, broke TL and gave me a slightly better spot to get out. Not looking for rentry until is bases out.
Reclaimed TL and lost it again and found v low vol as it tried to hold above. Stop moved up to under micro range and out the last bit. Re entry is here back at vwap + 1384

And much much later in the day TSLA had been sideways for quite a while. Eventually came back to vwap and prev held levels and started seeing some bids again. We had good TLs to work with and once we got lower to a major one off low vol, saw some decent bids and we started ticking up. I got a starter and added as we ticked up.
Took a bigger loss than I wanted due to me just not putting it in again as I type this out.

Ended up with one more shot on it. Came down to bottom TL and broke range lower into more big bids and came up. Got in and added, right away ripped higher. Looking for a new HOD off of this. Giant triangle being made failing both directions lower and higher, getting very tight.
Market is indifferent, no clear strength or weakness, SPY is failing to drop lower under vwap, coming higher. TSLA came to top TL. Needs to break a few levels 1406 , 1410
Buying is coming in and a slight vol bump. Market is not helping here, internals getting weaker and SPY looking ready to drop more. I need to rethink my profit targets here. Going to go for take half at 1410 instead. Make sure I lock it in. If we find relative strength and TSLA wants to blow up with vol confirmation ill hold out. So far is failing to break this top TL. Stop moving to near breakeven.
Broke higher and getting stuffed. Not what I want to see happening right now. Stop is for a p good win at good level.
And stopped out, decent win, made some back from the earlier loss.

Reversal trades, started going para. Lost on both times, couldnt get a enough downside action for a flush.
P good day, Was not expecting to take longs on TSLA, but a setup is a setup and it was picture perfect. Sized up, got a real nice win from it. Pushed more when it came to be time again. Losers happen but make the most from the wins.
Today was a good confidence builder again. Coming back making sure I still know what im doing. Some real good moves happening out there and to come still.
