VXX Swing

 Indices are not in great location for me to put hedge on but VXX is. SPY lost vwap a few times and internals looked weak. Couldve been another big rollover day with the big break at open that fails and gives it all up again. 

VXX made nice range above vwap and as markets broke lower I got in a hedge. Will be right out if we dont fail here. 

Turned lower added more. 

Accelerated lower, internals new lows, QQQs into vwap and below pivot break. Added again. Big as I want for now. Will have to wait on market pbs to add more if we continue to be weak here. 

Expecting this to be the big TL break lower as weve failed this strong open. 

DIA IWM SPY clearly weak, QQQs hanging on, cant quite get under vwap pivot yet. Internals downtrend and weak, I think its just a matter of time for the moment. 

Ripped faces off, pop higher with internals making new highs. SPY into sell zone just above vwap though, this is add or get out spot.

Turning lower to retest, may be add, have to give it a minute, we just showed strength cant get too aggro yet. 

And it got ugly quick, added more. VXX very nice chart with vol cues. 

QQQs back to vwpa pivot faster than we came up. 

Broke lower, SPY defending close, Internals not making new lows. Getting real choppy here, need follow through or might see same spike back up. 

Testing higher up again, not as aggro and low vol, internals may also not reach new highs here, would be idea to add. 

FANG, mainly AAPL, weak. under vwap, building under, not seeing pb higher will be what we want too. 

AAPL leading us lower breaking down, names turning lower, SPY QQQ following, internals not making new highs, time to see how weak we are. 

And we rolled over lower, now to see if we can stick lower or just fail this push lower again, internals close to making new lows. Vol increasing slowly, not big yet. Waiting.

So tight, just on the edge of losing it. This has gotta be the make or break moment today. 

We break lower. Added. We gotta stick this lower to start giving it up. Internals new lows. 

Big vol increase here, small candles, buyers are defending, but not bidding up. Gotta hold. SPY has nice TL to use for exit, dont wanna get squeezed. 

And did cut it. Tiny L Great management. Chance was there, ill take that trade all day. May reset.

11/30 DRC

 Last day of the month. Not much trading exactly to talk about. Big issue last week was speed. I was slow in almost all cases. Trying not to look too much into it. Took a few weeks off, its expected to take a bit to get back into the swing of things. Risk was main focus as a goal going forward. Correct size, consistent risk throughout every trade and setup for consistent results. That I did good with. Main things to focus on 1. Following entry criteria, making sure I trade what I am supposed to 2. Using correct size to reflect risk already determined by setup 3. Must be faster with ^^^ 4. Cut losses fast on adds. In and out, dont wait. 5. Follow management rules, up 1R/2R etc. 6. Take profits in 3rds.  7. Enter trade with small size if it is leaving without me. Big adds come in only if core is at price and action I want to see.  Market looks hot. Nothing but breakouts around. Gapping down a little, recovering already though into the open.
