12/18 DRC

 End of the week. Quad witching. Market on verge of major breakouts. Today is going to be difficult.

I got a lot im looking at. Swings and day trades. Some both. Main thing to focus on today is to still not chase, let it come to me. If the day trade is there, I have to take it. if not, then swing is still on as well.

Getting to the point that its hard to keep up with all of my swings, and type out whats going on. So for today at least, im gonna write out things about my swing trades, then ill copy and paste them into the swing blog posts. 

Long bias, lets see it.


Quiet open. Nothing popping, market pulling in, internals in strong spot also pulling lower. Will have to wait for bounce.

AMZN went straight to stop/prev lod zone. If market wants to turn here this can be a great spot for adding. But so far does not look likely. QQQs making new LOD SPY still not showing signs of slowing down. 

Got down here and ripped up, coming to retest it again. Another rip + market turn ill add. 

Got a nice TL break and turn, market showing signs, not super clear but AMZN itself looks good. Will be all out if we hold under LOD. 

QQQ made new LOD, AMZN did not, held strong with AAPL. FANG split, edge to bears. Not dead yet. 

Structure looking terrible. Indices broke downtrendline from open, no pops higher. AMZN tight curling lower with 9and 20. Might be done for now. 

Made new low as did QQQ, getting bought for moment. 

Another wait for the pullback that never comes. Thing is dumping on me. 

And didnt show any signs of recovery when market pulled up. All out, will wait on reset. 

Good management, minimal damage. 

DIS

Held well all during weakness, made big failed breakdown and saw breakout during market return. 

Pull in to prev bo level on low vol looks great, market still trying to recover, internals better.

Added as it turned up with big vol increase. If we can hit 175, looks A+

Came close, market pulled down, DIS with it, again low vol pb, holdig higher, turning back up. 

And pulled back up to new hi into bo level. Should blast off here with what weve seen. Market also turning higher. Added closer OTM call. 

NIU

Strong all day, big flag above prev hi, in on new break going into HOD then D bo. May add again. China stocks in position for big moves. 

Kept going added closer, almost ITM call. Want to see how close ones perform relative to further out. Seeing good vol come in, above avg. 

RUN

Very strong day, right to bo level with big vol and rvol. In on break, may add on pbs, pretty over ext to start. Solar breaking out hard.

Looking like a sector move here, very strong. Going to add more risk to this one.

11/30 DRC

 Last day of the month. Not much trading exactly to talk about. Big issue last week was speed. I was slow in almost all cases. Trying not to look too much into it. Took a few weeks off, its expected to take a bit to get back into the swing of things. Risk was main focus as a goal going forward. Correct size, consistent risk throughout every trade and setup for consistent results. That I did good with. Main things to focus on 1. Following entry criteria, making sure I trade what I am supposed to 2. Using correct size to reflect risk already determined by setup 3. Must be faster with ^^^ 4. Cut losses fast on adds. In and out, dont wait. 5. Follow management rules, up 1R/2R etc. 6. Take profits in 3rds.  7. Enter trade with small size if it is leaving without me. Big adds come in only if core is at price and action I want to see.  Market looks hot. Nothing but breakouts around. Gapping down a little, recovering already though into the open.
